I opened this gym in 2009 when I was 27. What I enjoy most about my work is teaching movements. The movements used in CrossFit require skill, speed, power, coordination, precision and perfection. Instilling these qualities in those that I train is fun, challenging and rewarding. Getting results matter to me. People generally don’t know how good they can become. I love showing them this. I take pride in being a CrossFit trainer and strive to stay true to my product as my gym grows. It excites me to be able to share CrossFit with you!

I was first introduced to CrossFit by my husband who was in the Marine Corps at the time. While I am competitive with others in the gym I find more enjoyment in beating my husband and of course myself. I am the fittest I have ever been in my life and I have a new love and respect for my body and what it can do. My passion is to help others become the healthiest they can be and show them new strengths they never thought they could possess!
