New CrossFitters need to go through our On-Ramp program before joining regular classes. On-ramp is a specially isolated class with its own instructor. The priority is to learn how to do crossfit movements correctly and gain experience with CrossFit workouts.
Note, fitness level is NOT a requirement to passing On-Ramp but willingness to learn and ability to retain information is! Once you pass On-Ramp you will have the freedom to attend any of the classes on the schedule. Typically a month of On-Ramp is enough.
