Everyone! Whether you are an athlete, parent, elderly, teenager, fire fighter or working professional you can CrossFit.
Everyone, regardless of age, shape, gender or fitness levels, trains using the same movements and following the same training methods. The only difference is in the degree in which you train. An athlete may squat hundreds of pounds while a mom only seventy. But in both cases squatting leads to stronger legs and core allowing the athlete to excel in sport and the mom to keep up with her kids.
Everything that we do at the gym can be scaled to your ability and comfort level. We will make sure that you are being challenged without unnecessary risk of injury.
